Sunlink International and iView Unveil World’s First PMP Projector
Embedded with Pico Projector for Usage Anytime and Anywhere
(Hong Kong, 15 April 2008) — Sunlink International Holdings Limited (“Sunlink International” or the “Group”) (stock code: 2336) and iView Limited (“iView”) have championed the world’s first truly handheld PMP player and presenter - the SunView PMP Projector (“PMPP”) employing pico projection technology. The product which allows users to enjoy the fun and convenience of presenting and sharing photos, videos and office documents anytime, anywhere. The product is unveiling at the Hong Kong Electronics Fair 2008 (Spring Edition) from 14 to 17 April 2008.
Ready for shipment, SunView PMPP will be the first such product to hit the market. The pocket-size device is powered by the iView IPL630 VGA liquid crystal on silicon pico-projector module and Sunlink’s multi-media platform. It is fully self-contained with built-in rechargeable battery, a speaker, a 3.5” TFT touch screen, and remote control and a SD card slot. Equipped with a Microsoft Windows CE 5.0 core and Office Viewer, the product makes business presentation possible anytime, anywhere. With versatile multi-media capability, it accommodates big-screen movie and photo viewing, promising users a revolutionary experience in business presentation, multimedia entertainment on big screen and of high resolution.
